Welcome you all to the second prompt of the theme “Consistency”.

If you have missed yesterday's prompt, here you can read it.

We all want to work when we are inspired and positive. No one likes to work when they are frustrated and filled with negativity. Negativity makes every task hard while positivity makes everything easy to do.

Positivity not just helps you to have positive thoughts. Positivity helps your overall body, it makes you physically and mentally healthy, it improves your work performance and it helps you to stay happy in your life.

Here, are some of the common benefits of having positivity in life.

  • Reduce stress level
  • Helps you to deal with anxiety and depression
  • Helps you to be consistent
  • Positivity makes you a positive person
  • You can solve any problem by being positive

5 ways to stay positive all the time

Accept The Reality

Many people live in their heads with their fictional world. To be positive, you have to accept the reality of life. The reality of life is not every situation will be good, there will be some worst situations you will have to face in life. You don’t have any control over your life. So, accept this fact and be positive.

When you accept this, you will have mental toughness whenever you encounter the worst situation in life.

Surround Yourself With Positive People

We are being influenced a lot by the people with whom we hang out. We learn a lot from them and their thoughts. That’s why you must surround yourself with positive people.

“I think it’s important to get your surroundings as well as yourself into a positive state - meaning surround yourself with positive people, not the kind who are negative and jealous of everything you do.”

Don’t Focus on Negative Thoughts

No one has control over the mind. We can’t stop negative thoughts to come into our minds. It’s okay if they come to your mind. Let them come, let them stay, and let them go.

Don’t give your focus on negative thoughts and don’t attach your emotions to them. Your thought becomes your action when you focus on it and attach your emotion with it. Replace your negativity with a positive one and you will be fine.

Keep Gratitude Journal

“Gratitude is one of the strongest and most transformative states of being. It shifts your perspective from lack to abundance and allows you to focus on the good in your life, which in turn pulls more goodness into your reality.”

Gratitude works like magic. When you give credit to others, you make two people happy one is yourself and the other person is the one to whom you are grateful. Be grateful and spread positivity in others' life.

Meditation/Exercise

To stay positive, you have to be healthy mentally and physically. Meditation and exercise help you to stay healthy.
