snowy day reality check
If you heard it once you’ve heard it many times. You don’t get to decide what happens to you. You only get to choose how you react and respond.
I recently had a guest on the SunShining podcast, who really loves winter. When asked what he loved about winter he responded, “What's not to like?”.
That is a good question. What's not to like?
Why do you not like something?
Obviously as humans we have many reasons for liking or not liking things.
Or do we?
I just want to encourage to take some time today to think about why you like things the way you like things. And about why you don’t like things the way you don’t like things.
Do you like snow? Do you dislike snow?
Do you like or not like snow shoveling? If you like it cool. If you don’t like it maybe it’s because…?
Do you love the cold? Do you hate cold?
