Why Women Should Work or Must Have Financial Capability Skill: From Barbie The Movie

Hi it’s me. A Working Mom.

I realize long ago, since in the college year that people should work or having financial capability. Especially, if you’re a women. If you choose not to work, as a daughter, a wife or single women we really need to have financial capability to manage money, understand financial management and how to channel our income.

I’ve read many stories that come from middle to low income families, that has a supermom or women inside the family that has capability to manage their partner income so the family could survived and raising a better generation next.

Also, every women and daughther that has passion and flow to continue their family business in middle to high income family. They keeping their standart and show their own family how to manage business and money.

Also, the disappointing side of being women that left behind because her family or partner leaving them without any financial awareness. That was the worst example, I know.

Today, all men also conciously aware that they’re also need to shift their mindset that they need to become partner with his spouse, to manage house chores, take care and educate their children, and more. I will talk about this further later.

I learned from Barbie The Movie, that women can be anything. I want to focus on how they’re feeling brave, independent and supportive to other women.

But, they forget to look to themself sometimes, they forget to give little time to understand what they need or knowing her own capabilities. Barbie feeling beautiful if someone else said it. Not, because the knew it.

Being financially independence is a MUST. You can choose to work and grow your career. You also can choose to become financial minister on your family. The point is, financial awareness is a must for women.

Why? Because you’re a women. Someone that would raise a kid and family. Or someone that need to grow your own career and skill. Or someone that want to buy beautiful bags, shoes or eat a delicious meal at fancy resto.

What I want to say is, you don’t need a spesific reason to learn about financial management skills. And know how to earn money, if you want to.

No matter who you are or what role you have in your society, women should have money, know how to manage it and have financial awareness. That’s how we need to do in life.

Financial awareness should apply to every social class. Some of you might think that if your parents or partner is “rich” enough to treat you like a princess or queen, then you don’t really need to give some extra effort to manage your own financial. Nope.

You must aware that only know how to spend money and not having knowledge and experience to manage or earn money is like ticking time bomb, waiting to explode. It might not affect you today, or next month or another 10 years, but your generation might.

Let’s create better world for our next gen, starting from being financial aware cause our kid and generation after us will face another challenges.

I’m writing this because we’re in the era that most of people responsible to earn more money and establish better financial status.

How do I know?

Let’s see your childhood memory, most of mother and women stay-at-home and their family are really okay that day to only has their father going to work.

But look today, many women choose to work to grow their career, to build her business or we can find many content at social media sharing about how family manage their money. Like, the viral one, frugal living.

If you’re married, if you agree with the concept of partnering in your relationship. You must grow and build your financial awareness skill, then to manage your family income together with your spouse. Don’t being women that only what to see everything is managed by your partner in financial aspect.

The same way, if you’re a married men. You also need to grow and build skill on parenting your child, to treat your women as partner, to do chores, to take care everything together cause partnering is always better than hold own responsibility by together.
