Seneca Air Force JROTC’s Cadet of the Year reflects on life and his achievement.

Seneca Junior Tom Jeansson earned Cadet of the Year status, beating out all 126 other students in Seneca High School’s Air Force JROTC. We interviewed him at The Sun, and he talks about his time in the Boy Scouts, his future college plans and what he learned in JROTC.

Lenape Regional High School District BOE approves four-year contracts for teachers and other staff

The Lenape Regional High School District Board of Education unanimously approved a four-year employment contract with the Lenape District Education Association at its meeting on Wednesday, June 21. The LDEA, which represents approximately 850 teachers and other staff including school counselors, child study team professionals, media specialists, nurses and athletic trainers, as well as administrative support staff, interpreters and paraprofessionals, ratified the contract on June 8.

Tabernacle Athletic Association opens enrollment for volleyball

Available for girls in grades 4 through 8 who reside within the Seneca High School sending district, the volleyball program offers recreational games and practices between September and November. Registration is now open.
