The Tik Tok Therapist Is Being Accused of Black Male Worship

Some are accusing the Tik Tok Therapist of being a Black Male Worshiper.

Shabree Rawls aka the “Tik Tok Therapist” was fired from her job a few weeks ago. The reason she was fired differs depending on whom you ask. If you asked Shabree helself, she would tell you she got fired for telling Black men “to go to therapy”. If you asked her critics, they would tell you she was fired for violating professional ethics and insulting her (Black male) clients.

Black women have been on Shabree’s side for the most part. They claim she was fired for speaking “freely” about Black men

But now some Black women are accusing Shabree of being a Black Male Worshiper (BMW). BMW is one of the favorite terms of Divestors. And it usually carries a negative connotation.

According to Divestors, a BMW is a Black woman who centers her life around Black men. Women who are labeled BMW are usually described as ones who would tolerate all kinds of abuse from Black men.

These women value relationships with Black men so much that they are willing to sacrifice their happiness and mental health to maintain those relationships.
