Introduction

Back in 1976, Steve Jobs and his partner Steve Wozniak started a company that now, almost half a century later, is the biggest company on the face of the planet with a 2.5 trillion dollar evaluation and millions of devices being sold each year to so many loyal and eager fans.

However, what most people don’t know, is that their founder and now iconic leader, Jobs, was actually forced out of his beloved company which he started only a short 9 years after starting it due to multiple disputes with the back then Apple CEO, John Sculley, which ended with the board siding with Sculley and forcing Steve Jobs to leave, but Jobs didn’t take this to mean the end of him, and instead, he started his own company “Next Computers” which later on would be successful enough that Apple would end up acquiring it for $429 million and 1.5 million shares of Apple stock, but how did this even happen?

Apple’s Relation with Jobs

A big question then comes to mind when this era of Apple’s history is brought up, “How can Apple even fire the person who started the company and the person associated with Apple’s name the most?”.
