What’s in a name?

Lamborghini is no doubt, one of the world’s most prestigious brand names in the automobile industry. Though when it comes to the tech industry, then, of course, Apple or Samsung must come first in the list. However, this auto giant recently debuted an exclusive Android smartphone dubbing as the “Alpha-One premium” costing $2,450.

You may have a question in your mind as to how a smartphone can cost $2,450, while the market’s top smartphones like iPhone 7 or Galaxy S8 are available under $800? Well, before finding out this answer, let’s have a look at what makes Lamborghini’s Android phone Alpha-One so exclusive.

SPECIFICATIONS

Alpha-One runs Android Nouget, while the phone has a 5.5-inch QHD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB of RAM with 64GB of storage up to 128GB of expandable capacity. Like the latest smartphones, Alpha-One also has a finger print scanner, dual SIM card support, a 3,250mAh powered non-removal battery, and most importantly it has a 20 mega pixel rare camera and at the front an 8 mega pixel camera. Oh, one exclusive feature about the phone is the case, which is made out of “Italian handmade black leather” which looks completely aristocratic when the phone fits in this leather case.

Apart from the exclusive Italian leather case, to be honest, the Alpha-One phone has all the related features of any smartphone nowadays. At the end of the day the point is not about the features, rather the brand name Lamborghini is known for around the world.

From today, the phone is available at Lamborghini’s online site, as well as the UK and UAE. Consumer from the UK can get Lamborghini’s Android phone Alpha-One from Harrod’s. On the other hand, in the UAE, multiple retailers including Levant luxury boutique in the Dubai Mall will be offering this exclusive smartphone.
