Electric BMW X3 and Mini are approaching in the coming years, says the company

The world famous automobile company Bavarian Motor Works (BMW) on Friday has announced that its electric version of X3, meaning (BMW X3), and its Mini car will be coming out in the next few years.

BMW X3 electric version is not BMW’s first electric car, the company has already two versions of the electric car such as BMW i3 and BMW i8. However, the electric X3 and Mini will permit it to attract an alternate group of buyers, for example, SUV customers, and to clients who may have officially possessed one of those autos before. The i3 and i8, despite what might be expected, are more cutting edge in their methodology, more focused at early adopters.

Furthermore, Harald Krueger, the CEO of BMW, believes that his company is one step ahead in electric vehicle market compared with other electric automobile companies like Tesla, as he said that “Competitors are now in phase one of their electric strategy, while we’re entering phase two. We’re already well on our way to electrifying the core portfolio, using powertrain technology from BMW i.”

He also added that all electric Mini vehicles would arrive in the market sometime in 2019 while the BMW X3 version is expected to launch in 2020.
