Finally! Pokken Tournament Controller is Coming to West
Earlier this month, when the Pokken Tournament Wii U controller surfaced, Japan seemed like the only place where the controller would be available. However, it’s time for you to get excited because the specialized controller just like the one found in the arcade from Hori will be available in the west.
The controller popped up on Amazon with a launch date of March 18, 2016. It’s a single game controller and will only work for the Pokken Tournament game. The controller plugs into one of the USB ports as it’s not wireless. So, think before buying whether you want to pay for a single game controller or not.
The controller will be a part of the Pokken Tournament Wii U bundle in Japan. It will also be available separately. Pokken Tournament has been in arcades in Japan since July. However, on March 16, the game is going to see contemporary worldwide release on the Wii U. It’s still not sure when the Wii U bundle will be available in regions outside of Japan.
You can get a card to unlock Shadow Mewtwo if you pick the game at launch. The controller is available for pre-order in Amazon for $24.99.
