The technical industry strongly believes that voice based interaction is the next game changer. Our AI driven assistants communicating with us from the other side are prime examples of voice based apps.
UNFORTUNATELY, THE TASK IS CONSIDERABLY CHALLENGING AND REQUIRES AN ABUNDANT SUPPLY OF DATA TO STUDY FROM.
TEXT-TO-SPEECH FUNCTION:
As a result, the developers of Firefox browser at Mozilla are currently working on a project that will erase the stress factor completely. The Common Voice project will archive voice tones of various frequencies so that developers can later use them for text-to-speech feature support in their projects.
10,000 HOURS OF AUDIO!
The objective is to accumulate 10,000 hours of audio files spoken in numerous accents possibly heard these days. Eventually, to help the machine in distinguishing between voice tones.
