Theo James made an appearance on The Today Show to promote his new movie, “The Divergent Series: Allegiant” which opens in wide release in the U.S. on Friday, March 18th. The third installment of the series promises more action and more of our favorite character, Four. Theo talks about staying in shape, working on smaller films and tight t-shirts.
