Intramural And Humanities Week 2021: What To Look Out For
Two years into the new mode of learning, school activities have been modified to fit the new normal and the intramurals have not been an exception. PSHS-CRC will be holding its 2nd esports intramurals or “entramurals” from November 22, 2021 — November 26, 2021.
Aside from a cluster of thrilling video game competitions, PSHS-CRC has decided to merge the intramurals with the humanities week celebration to bring an exciting show of flair in both video games and traditional talents such as singing and dancing.
This year’s theme is taken from the popular video game Genshin Impact with the different teams being named after different regions from the hit game. An added twist has been to remove the traditional inter-batch competition but rather to have each of the different teams be composed of students from every batch.
As the festivities near, these are the different games and competitions to look out for:
ESPORTS:
- Valorant
- Call-of-Duty
- Mobile Legends
- DOTA
- Minecraft Building Competition
HUMANITIES:
- Tik-Tok Challenge
- Battle of the Bands Medley
- Extemporaneous Speech Contest
- Spoken Poetry Competition
- Jazz Chant Contest
- Poster Making Contest
- Dalawang Minutong Movie Trailer
- Blue Scholar Contest
Aside from these competitions, awards for best team banner and yell will be given. There will also be a webinar and quiz bee about economics hosted by the social science unit.
So, get ready scholars and aim for gold but like everything else in life, make sure to have fun and to be a good sport.
