In hopes for an early reopening of safe face-to-face learning, the Philippine Science High School — Caraga Region campus (PSHS-CRC) implemented an online vaccination survey to check the students’ health safety throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

In an interview, PSHS-CRC Campus Director Ramil Sanchez said, “The Delta variant is making face to face very dangerous, but we are targeting first Vaccination and hope the IATF will allow us to make a modified face to face instruction by 2022.”

Under Memorandum No. HSU — 09–7 issued by Loredy D. Lapitan, Nurse I of the Health Services Unit (HSU), students from all grade levels are encouraged to fill up the survey, which can be accessed through http://bit.ly/CRCStudentsVaccinationSurvey, before September 21, 2021.

Homeroom coordinators and advisers are also requested to help disseminate the survey link to their respective advisories, in order to attain the maximum number of respondents.

Aside from this Vaccination Survey, PSHS-CRC has also contributed to the spread of information about vaccines and health protocols implemented by the government by hosting online COVID-19 awareness forums through online applications such as Zoom and Facebook.

Students and teachers from other schools in Caraga were also invited to join the promotion activities on COVID-19 vaccination awareness.
