When he’s into you
And you’re into him
But you both are scared
to accept the truth.
When you both drop
subtle hints, expecting
The other to react, but he doesn’t
Because he doesn’t want to ruin
What’s already present.
And you think the same.
But both of you are eager to know
What’s going on in each other’s minds.
You’re curious to know what he thinks
When he looks at you and feels lost
What is it? And more importantly,
How is it going to spread,
If you’re not giving it wings?
Is continuing with at the same pace
gonna work? Or should I initiate something?
