New Ridgewells Pasta Recipe Composed Entirely of Grease

In an effort to revamp their lunch menu, Ridgewells Catering has come up with a new pasta recipe composed entirely of grease. “I had one of those eureka moments where I realized I had been so stupid for not seeing it all along” commented executive chef Jeff Dean, “the old recipe was about two thirds grease, and I realized that the wheat, flour, and all of those other ingredients were just holding the dish back.” In concurrence with their new high end menu option, Ridgewells plans on doubling its school catering fee.
