Submission Guidelines: The Toy Story

Welcome to The Toy Story, the hottest place on Medium for all sex stories involving an adult toy.
We are looking for new writers, and if you’re interested in writing for us, you’ve come to the right place.
Here are a few pointers to keep in mind before sending us a pitch:
1. What We Publish
We accept both fiction (erotica), non-fiction (articles on sexual wellness, sexuality, product reviews, etc.), and poetry. The only requirement is that your story should involve a sex toy in some measure.
Naming the product you’re talking about and adding an affiliate link is fine (more on that in section 3.6). If you’d like to use an umbrella term (like vibrator), that’s alright too.
The Toy Story encourages stories about the human experience of sex, and not the glorified pop culture versions. We are open to stories from the full spectrum of sexual orientation and gender identity.
