This 80-second explainer video is cool, especially for biotech nerds.

“No battery, no radio, no antenna.” Activated by acid in the stomach. And it pairs with a smartphone using Bluetooth low-energy.

But it wasn’t sales-y enough. It doesn’t convince me why I need it. And it’s not exactly relatable yet.

This 3-minute video is better.

At least the company now has a face. Now I know how it could help Grandma. And now I realize they’re trying to put it into EVERY pill — not just one that your body will use perpetually afterwards.

The company just raised $50M. Now they’re hiring 13 more people.

This is how the cycle works, folks. Sell, raise, hire, spend, Repeat.
