The future was decidedly murky with an impending relocation of enormous magnitude. There was no clear picture to help me see the end game. Where to begin? Where do I connect the dots?

I would eventually find personal growth and strategy amidst the chaos through decisive action, lists, and “letting go.”

Fall 2019

My husband had begun to travel back and forth between Monterrey, MX, and Philadelphia, PA (US) in his newly acquired position as VP of Research & Development. It was a big deal for him — for us.

At the same time, our eldest son was in his first year at the University of Pittsburg just about 5 hours away. Our middle son was in his senior year of high school wrestling with college and scholarship applications. Our youngest son was in 10th grade trying to understand Romeo and Juliet — and I was hanging on a thread teaching a full load in a local university.
