No Pressure

The first thing on his list is to remove all the pressure before a championship. While others start sweating before the race, he enjoys himself and lets his body focus.

When you start thinking about failure, your mind will act according to that thought. So if you don’t care about the result, your mind will leave you alone and let you focus.

After all, you’ve done all the work that was necessary to be the best. You don’t have to care about doing good, the hard work will show itself sooner or later.
