Being Confused Can Be A Good Thing

We all have our days where nothing seems to make sense. Our minds are wondering and we can’t accomplish anything all day. We keep pondering over various thoughts and nothing seems to click or get us going. I believe this helps us understand what we really want. If we wouldn’t have frustrating situations to think over, we wouldn’t have a bigger perspective on our goals.

Say, for instance, you’re not sure whether to go into college or start your own business right away. If you only had one idea in the first place that would show how narrow minded you really are; but your not. Your brain is tell you to see the options in hand and figure out what is best. Being able to figure out which one is best should never be easy. This is when the confusion helps.

You see, with confusion, we start thinking harder trying to unravel our thinking process. “If I go to college, I will be spending time on studying when I could be putting in that time towards expanding my own business.” Your brain starts working harder when it is in a state on confusion. It feels like the gears are turning fast and the train is steaming down the tracks trying to reach the destination on time.

The confusion forced you to look at all possibilities in order to have a clearer path towards your goal. Yes, sure you may have felt like a couple days went to waste sitting in front of your desk with a blank sheet of paper and a cup of coffee that’s cold because you forgot about it due to all the confusion. We’ve all been there. Once you start rolling with the final decision you will stand firm with it. Your brain has programed itself with full confidence that your uncertainty has been dealt with.

When you will have moments that make you feel like giving up, you’ll look at the situation at hand and realize this is the decision you chose for the better. This will build your patience and confidence to keep going. Your brain is a powerful tool that wants the best for you. Once you go over the hump of confusion, the fog will clear and the path will be in front of you. Confusion is such a piss off but it’s our body telling us to really think it over because this is the foundation you are building; and the foundation needs to be set and determined to be firm in order to keep building up.
