That Star.

In the starry night,
Before my sight.
I see a quintillion stars,
But one too far.

I wonder in awe
At what I saw.
Oh! That one star,
I wonder what you are.

You look so dim,
With a sarcastic grin.
Among a million stars,
With a billion scars.

Oh! come down to earth,
And, be all mirth.
You can break any bar,
Because you are a star.
