Robbin Schuurman
Product Leader, experienced trainer, passionate golfer and author of the practical book, Master the Art of No — Effective Stakeholder Management for Product Owners and Product Managers (published in English, Dutch, and German language), Robbin Schuurman is on a mission to improve the profession of product management by growing product people into product leaders.
Robbin worked with companies such as ANWB, Aegon, KPN, Aon, Evides, EVBox and Rabobank, where he has trained and coached hundreds of product managers, product owners, and C-level professionals to improve business agility and deliver great products for customers.
Robbin loves to collaborate on the edge between business and IT, where he supports businesses in creating and delivering customer value fast. He frequently delivers Professional Scrum trainings, supports organizations as a consultant and he is also a regular blogger and speaker/facilitator at Agile and Product Management events.
Robbin currently lives in Haaften, The Netherlands, together with his wife Sandra and two children. During the weekends, Robbin tries to apply his Agile experience on the golfcourse, taking small steps towards scoring more PARs and Birdies in a round.

Chris Lukassen
Award-winning product manager, seasoned martial arts practitioner, and author of the informative how-to-business book, The Product Samurai, Chris Lukassen is on a mission to radically change the way people create products.
Chris has coached hundreds of product managers, product owners, and C-level professionals to transform their companies into Scrum organizations. Drawing on his extensive experience with various startups and enterprises like Thales, Saab, TomTom, he bridges the technical world with the commercial world and has helped revolutionize the way products and services are innovated.
A regular blogger and contributor to Quora, Chris also speaks at Microsoft TechDays and other agile-focused conferences and user groups across the Netherlands, Eastern-Europe, and Asia.
As a passionate martial arts practitioner, he weaves the concepts of flow, balance, leverage, and courage into his product owner training and writing. He currently lives in Apeldoorn with his four children and loving wife, who coach him daily in the servant part of leadership.
