Geraldines profile is a mixture of Vegan food and personal life, her captions are truly inspiring. Here’s one of her recent captions.

“It’s often just the stuff we think in our head which block our way. They actually don’t support us in getting where we want! You deserve to know your value. The more you begin to charge your full value for the contribution you’re making to the world, the more value those you serve will actually receive. You know you’re on purpose and meant to do big things when you love so
much what you do. And while you’re doing it, nothing else matters on your mind.”

I am a human behind @eatwithfingers. A human who also loves writing, fitness and fashion. That’s why you will see lifestyle and workout pictures. I stopped comparing myself to others and will no longer follow the flow but my own pace. I am not scared anymore to show who I am because I can’t be someone else. This journey is more than just food, it’s about what can be done to spread love, health, awareness and compassion. Unfortunately, I can’t change my username. I don’t want to anyway. I am everyday grateful for reaching so many souls. Thank you for giving me this opportunity everyday single day 💜🌺. .
A very simple porridge recipe,
- 5 tbsp oats
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- Pinch of cinnamon and cardamom — Agave syrup
- 1 riped banana
.
In a pan add oats, chia seeds and flaxseeds. Stir for some seconds then add water. Mashed bananas then add in the pan. Mix well, use the rest of ingredients with coconut milk last. Stir. Serve in a bowl with chia pudding, peanut butter, chocolate and fruits as toppings. Bon appétit!.
