It will be a year in March that Britain is scheduled to leave the European Union, but it appears no-one knows the facts.
I quizzed un-suspecting students from the University of Portsmouth on such fibs as a new unfair tax system and the legalisation of fox-hunting.
One student, Brandon Carty, 21, told me: “The younger generation don’t really take much interest in politics, I guess they get information from online where it is unreliable.”
