Every persons worst nightmare, the ‘F’ word

No no no, it’s no that one, that word is beautiful. To think of having a word that can fit to describe every single emotion, is brilliant. But I’ll come to that some other time.

This ‘F’ word is one which everyone is scared of, or most of them at least. Feedback is something necessary for one’s own self improvement and becoming better at whatever you set out to do. But most people today take it as an insult. They treat it as if people are finger pointing at them and exposing their weakness and making them vulnerable.

On the other hand some times the ones who give it out use it to settle scores when ego clashes occur. In such a case you have morons noticing every small detail about you like the FBI, who you meet, what you say. Even the smallest of remarks to that co-worker will be put up.

Outside the office, criticism can be more cruel. Even in a constructive form, it may be harsh and judgemental. That’s where those taking in the feedback need to be above the pettiness of men and take it in the positive. No matter how harsh and cruel it can be. It is up to you to dissect every word of it, throwing out the bad elements and use it to forge your own personal success. The question is, will you pave your way to glory, or succumb to the stupidity of people?
