Everybody is a critic

In many ways, the work of a critic is easy. We risk very little, yet enjoy a position over those who offer up their work and their selves to our judgment. We thrive on negative criticism, which is fun to write and to read. But the bitter truth we critics must face, is that in the grand scheme of things, the average piece of junk is probably more meaningful than our criticism designating it so. -Ratatouille

Most of our lives we see people criticising things, films, movies and food among others. Truth be told they’re only there to point out what is wrong with you. Otherwise, if these critics knew so much about movie they would make one that would be the epitome of perfection.

Similarly it’s about your life. You’ll have critics all around you. You’ll find 10 or even a 100 people who will be ready to speak what’s wrong with you, but no one will spend a minute to help out how to improve you, because that requires knowledge, dedication and a willingness to help someone out, something that is missing in nearly every critic. You know your life, you know your strengths and weaknesses. No one can improve you but your ownself.

Here’s another example. See how two guys made a fool out of food critics. If they knew better it wouldn’t have been like this.

So don’t think too much about critics, except this uncle, he’s dope.
