Its complicated

………..and I’m not talking relations. I’m talking about people. They have made their life so complex on their own and then these complexities create new problems for them. I mean, let’s take a look at our folks and how their life went. Most were content with what they had. The occasional sunday outings and cold drinks were an added bonus. Nowadays we’re never happy.

The phone we have, no no it won’t do only an iphone, that too the latest one, and we’ll go one step further and pay 50% extra so we could have it a few days before others. Our bike/car no, no we want harley/ferrari etc only the best. The food we eat, only the top places in the city. The clothes only the best brands, the ones from local palika are too LS(that’s means low standard for the information of normal people).

I can go on and on, even with the change of time, the fact remains people aren’t truly happy as they want too much out of life and get too little, only to realise that they were chasing all the wrong things in life. Those long hours put in the office to make more money are for naught because you won’t have the energy to enjoy its fruits. The time you take to impress people on social media with your fake profile and pics of you enjoying the good life is useless, because when you die only a few of those 500+ fb friends will actually show up to your funeral. Most won’t even know or care what happened. So stop complicating things, your bare necessities are all right here

  • Doing what you love and loving what you do
  • Spending quality time with friends and family
  • Exploring and experimenting your life (try new things, eat new foods, explore new places)

That is pretty much it.
