My meditation

To meditate is to discover yourself as most people say. For some time ma has been practicing this and has felt a new sense of calm which wasn’t there before. Dad has been practicing it for years. He says it transforms you in ways you never can imagine.
Most people say that meditation means sitting and meditating calmly. In the journey of self realisation however there are more than one ways to meditate. While for most people, it is a standard form, I find peace and calm while feeling the cold wind, hearing the roar of my bike and going at about 90kmph. In fact it has been the best way for me to clear my head or to forget things. A small road trip is all that I need to meditate. It’s a surreal feeling, one beyond explanation. All I can say is that it’s my meditation
