HOPE Church to host ‘Summerfest’ event on June 11
This summer, HOPE Church is once again hosting a special night of worship at the John Connolly Memorial Park, located off Centennial Boulevard in Voorhees on Saturday, June 11 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Free of charge and open to all, “Summerfest’16 — HOPE in the Park” is two hours of live worship music along with a few summer song favorites from years gone by. Food vendors, ice-cream trucks and ice-cold beverages will be available for a nominal cost, or attendees can bring their own picnic dinner along. A bouncy house, family-friendly games and other activities will be available as well. Mark calendars for Saturday, June 11 for SummerFest’16 — HOPE in the Park.
HOPE Church, located at 700 Cooper Road, offers a relaxed, contemporary Christian worship experience and is open to all no matter where they are in their spiritual journey.
There are two Sunday morning worship services held each week at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Age-appropriate and biblically based activities are available during both services for children ages 3 years through fifth grade.
The church’s “Kidz CAN Konnect Ministry” has trained volunteer buddies for children with special needs.
In addition, HOPE offers a staffed nursery for infants through 2 years of age.
