Lions Gate Continuing Care Retirement Community in Voorhees has completed its second successful bond offering with HJ SIMS, resulting in funding toward improvements to dining and wellness areas, and modernization of information technology systems.

“These new funds for capital improvements and expansions give us the financial strength to reinvest in our community and to strategically grow our organization to maintain Lions Gate’s position as the area’s premier CCRC. Our Board of Trustees and I could not have been more pleased with the outcome,” said Lions Gate Chief Executive Officer Morris S. Funk.

This bond offering also provides for more flexible use of any undeveloped land.

Lions Gate is located on over 50 acres and offers 164 independent living cottages and apartments, 70 assisted living apartments, a 32-bed rehabilitation center and a 78-bed skilled nursing care facility.
