Brookdale Senior Living in Voorhees hosted a group of professionals on Thursday, Aug. 24, to celebrate partnerships in the senior living industry and promote education across various healthcare related fields. The event, titled “Burgers and Brews,” attracted representatives from many companies and practices, such as elder law, home care, hospice, skilled nursing, rehabilitation and others. The goal was to foster communication and education between the various sectors of the senior living industry by exchanging best practices and new innovations.

The Food Services Director at Brookdale Voorhees served a variety of homemade sliders and sides. Craft beers from a local brewery were featured, as well. Guests were able to meet and mingle in the festive courtyard, teaching one another how, through collaboration, the senior living industry can continue to provide exceptional services to the seniors in our area.
