Monaca Support Xcode 13.0.0

We have started supporting Xcode 13.0.0 for iOS app builds.
You can use it in the latest Cordova project (Cordova 10) by following the steps below.
Set up a build environment
- From the Monaca Cloud IDE menu, select “Build” → “Build Environment Settings”.
2. Select Xcode13.0.0.
3. After setting the Xcode version, click the “Save” button. The settings are saved for each project.
