This week ASB worked on planning Mental Health Week. We have some awesome activities in store, and we hope that the student body can benefit from learning some great stress management exercises around campus.

Be sure to check out all of the amazing resources we have on campus, and pay extra attention to your mental health this upcoming week. We hope that we can provide some inspiration!
