Spider-Man Homecoming Teases a Trailer for Tomorrow
In The Wake Of Last Week’s Posters Comes This Teaser For Sony’s Latest Effort
So teasers promoting trailers are thing now? If this is a quick taste of what we can expect in tomorrow’s trailer then I’m really excited to see what Sony has in store.
I love how the emblem on Spider-Man’s chest is a communication device; no doubt an upgrade courtesy of Tony Stark. We also get a quick glimpse of the Vulture and Spider-Man engaged in a midair fight.
Aside from the tech reveal there isn’t much else to draw from this teaser. I am excited about tomorrow’s full trailer, I’m hoping to see different footage than what we saw in the first trailer. I’d also really like to get a few more plot details, without getting the entire story.
This mornings teaser reveal was preceded by this image on the Spider-Man twitter account. Michael Keaton is prominently featured in it, sporting a bomber jacket and looking all villainous. I am curious to see what direction they are going to take Keaton’s character, I want this to a great villain for our teenaged Spidey.
Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, young Peter Parker (Tom Holland) returns home to live with his Aunt May. Under the watchful eye of mentor Tony Stark, Parker starts to embrace his newfound identity as Spider-Man. He also tries to return to his normal daily routine — distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just a friendly neighborhood superhero. Peter must soon put his powers to the test when the evil Vulture emerges to threaten everything that he holds dear.
