Is There Something Bigger than Infinity?
Infinity means something without an end. But, is there something bigger than infinity?
My 2-year-old cousin is so adorable, whenever I pay a visit to my aunt, I almost never wanna leave him and come back home. The little guy plays and sleeps all day long, watches stupid Cocomelon videos on YouTube, and runs around the house. His mom is trying hard to teach him, counting up to 20 at least, but he can’t remember past seven. Poor fella.
Counting from zero to ten seems like an impossible task for him. He starts with zero, then one, two, three… tries to remember the next number for some seconds and then four, five, six, seven… That’s it. Eight is his biggest enemy right now. I bet the number eight often comes in his dreams and tries to scare him.
His problem is understandable. But you’re a grown-up man with a big brain, you surely can count from 0 to 10, right?
Well, there’s a trick in this question. I did not tell you what to count from zero to ten. If I tell you to count whole numbers, integers, natural numbers, or even/odd numbers from zero to ten, you can do it pretty easily. But if I ask you to count all the real numbers from zero to ten, the problem arises. Suddenly, you can’t count anymore!
