Dictating isn’t as scary as you think

I write pretty fast, usually. I can knock out 3,000 words in an hour quite easily, and 4,000 if I push myself. While this is fantastic, it is also a path to burn out, and a path to aching shoulders, a stiff back and wrists that wish I could cut my hands off just to get a little reprieve.
