Writing a Book Is Not as Hard as You Think

Writing is hard. However, the more time you dedicate to honing your skills, the easier it gets. Now while writing gets easier with practice, it doesn’t necessarily mean that writing a book is easy.

Okay, I know that’s a direct contradiction to the headline. I just said that writing a book isn’t that hard. So why do Isay it’s not easy?

Well, two things can be true at the same time. Writing a book is not easy because it takes a lot of time and effort. But it’s also not that difficult as long as you have a system that keeps you productive. That’s usually where the problem is.

Many writers have been in a situation where they started writing a book only to give up later. They get overwhelmed by the sheer complexity of it all.

If you experience this, don’t fret. Many writers have felt this way at one point in their life. I have also been in that position. It was frustrating, to say the least. However, once I uncovered these simple secrets, the whole process became less intimidating.

I’ve simplified the steps below:
