First, let’s get things straight. I am not a NaNoWriMo hater. There’s certainly some minor merit in the idea. And some people swear by its motivational prominence. A few years ago, I did a radio story for several public radio stations on NaNoWriMo. It was fun and the writers I talked to were stoked. So, I get it.
