Art the Clown is the star of this show… don’t argue with me or else he’ll come after you…

All Hallows’ Eve (2013) — IMDb

I always laugh when Art the Clown pulls a gun on a fool.

The first time I saw him do it was during Terrifier 2 (2022), and I cackled like Art the Clown during one of his kills. Typically, Art the Clown uses really interesting weapons like a flail made out of different sharp objects. So, when he pulls out something so boringly effective, it’s just out of nowhere making it hilarious.

For Day 9 of 31 Days of Horror, I watched All Hallows’ Eve (2013). Written, directed, and edited by Damien Leone, All Hallows’ Eve is an anthology film like none other. The story is focused on a babysitter who is watching a sister and brother who just got back from Trick or Treating. The brother finds that someone placed an unmarked VHS tape in his trick or treat bag. The babysitter doesn’t want to watch it, but the kids convince her to. It turns out to be a series of short films including aliens, demons, and a stalker. The common thread among the stories is Art the Clown, played masterfully by Mike Giannelli.

Art the Clown is such a great character because of the way Giannelli portrays him. Art doesn’t talk so the way he expresses himself is both humorous and terrifying at the same time.
