I took the red pill when I turned 40. I’m a month away from turning 43, and these four truths are the ones that have impacted me the most since then.
- You have to work on your desire more than your abs. When you pass forty, you realize that your body no longer recovers as quickly as when you were 20, but it also happens to your soul. On the one hand, your body tends to accumulate fat that is three times harder to remove than when you were young. On the other hand, your inner fire starts to weaken.
