My Subscribers DECLINED on My First Day on Substack

Just kidding, if I had that thin of skin I wouldn’t be in the writing game at all.

No, I know that it can be extremely difficult to gain traction when you are trying out something brand-new.

You see, on the first day that I put out this Substack, I actually saw a decline of 3 subscribers on it (I had previously tried it out before). I went from 81 subscribers to 78.

That was…disheartening.

However, I do understand that this kind of thing is going to take some time to get cooking in all likelihood.
