Before applying for a job application, search thoroughly informed about the company which you are looking for. In most of the cases, we overlook the company’s authentic proof. But if you do, then you will find it easy to know more about the company when you are on the interview table. First, when you enter into the company website, go straight to the About section where you should get the owner and other teams members bios with mugshot which will inspire you to get into the company with a lot of enthusiasm as well. Even look out the clear locational information at Contact Us section which will give you some clues about its location. If you see that there is only contact form and no details about its location details, then you should think that they like to hide its geographical location due to some other reasons.
You should keep in your mind that more information details on the company website, more the company is transparent and less suspicious. Another point you have to check on the company’s website is its Portfolio section. It is another trick you will have to explore fully. Because you will get the overall idea about the company credibility in the business community. If you see that suppose a company X is established in 2015 and its clients base around 25 till now, then you should think that the company is not well for the job creation as well as its performance also. Again if you find that a company Y is established in 2018 and its clients base is more than 100, then you should think that the company Y is working well in terms of the job creation and its performance also. Therefore, you have to use your intuition to confirm whether you will apply to the company Y or company X. If you find that the company which you are applying for a job has not any website yet, then you should stay away from it. The reason is that the company is not operating yet or preparing to operate for it. Therefore, wait for some time and watch it as well. It is a wise decision if you do a background check the company where you are going to apply for a job. It is crucial for your job prospect. The reason is that now, some company hire people for taking undue advantages due to the unemployment reason. Therefore, you should keep your eyes on this matter.
Salary
It is a crucial element for a job seeker. But in recent time, its importance has been changed into a new direction. The reason is that the economic situation is now dwindling and survival becoming very difficult. Therefore, in this situation, you have to negotiate your salary with the employer in an intuitive manner. Moreover, you will find that right now, you will need the salary package for survival and thereafter when the economy is back in normal, then you will be able to go for the killing more. Even, it is observed that salary could vary from one location to another location. The reason is that due to the living standard of the particular location has a huge impact on salary determination. In your resume, you should mention your skill with the present and past performance report. More elaborately speaking is that you could rate your present company and the past company with your rating. It will clear the doubts about your association with the company in a truly transparent manner. Both the employer and HR will understand how much you were involved with the past company and the present company. It will create a new equation for trust and confidence also. It will earn you respect and mark of honesty from the employer as well. During the interview session never hide any weakness regarding the job criterion as it will help you to get the job with the future.
