Bravery is more important than perfection

By nature, we only see finished things, but when we look at ourselves we see work in progress. We mistakenly compare the inner of ourselves with the outer of others. That is an unfair comparison that freezes us. The result is inaction.

Bravery does not always end well, if this would be the case, everyone would be brave. Being brave requires us to deal with all noise after shipping our art, to learn to fail and try again. Perfection will save us from all these uncomfortable moments, but we will pay the price of being invisible to the world and even worst: dishonest with ourselves.

Both the brave and the perfectionist suffer from fear, the difference is the brave do it anyway.
