  1. What is your long-held holiday tradition?
  2. Why do we have more stress during the holiday season?
  3. How do you decrease or increase your stress levels if you have?

The era of social media can put a lot of stress on some people during Christmas and other holidays. Many people enjoy the end-of-the-year celebration, giving gifts and making merry with their friends and loved ones.

However, making merry and hosting people in your home can be a happy or stressful time.

Never-ending people-pleasing always doubles our stress levels and can make us sick. Be honest with yourself and the people you want to please.
