For good health, own a garden.

How can we compare good health with owning a garden? Both take time. Any good thing takes time, and there is never overnight success in anything.

Healthy living takes time and effort. Seeds or plants never bear flowers or fruits the next day.

Why garden and good health?

Study shows gardening helps reduce the symptoms of depression and anxiety.
Your garden or plant can give you something to look forward to, care for, and interact with.

Also, your garden can provide fresh flowers, fruits, and vegetables. And as a gardener, you know exactly what you planted and harvested.

Gardening or farming is not for everyone. So please don’t force yourself to do it. However, you can learn gardening if it benefits your mental health.
