“Do not bring people in your life who weigh you down. And trust your instincts … good relationships feel good. They feel right. They don’t hurt. They’re not painful. That’s not just with somebody you want to marry, but it’s with the friends that you choose. It’s with the people you surround yourselves with.” — Michelle Obama.

Take responsibility for your relationship.
Hold yourself accountable for your words and actions.
Clear the noise and focus more on yourself, your family, and your community.
Part ways of blaming others or making excuses.
Ask for help, and do your best to be in a valuable relationship.
Take responsibility for your life.
Make your relationship the way you want — fabulous or miserable.

“The wrong person makes you beg for attention, affection, love and commitment. The right person give you these things because they love you.” — The Love Bita.

Help yourself grow.
