Holocaust Memorial/Life Lesson
The Hate At Auschwitz Gas Chamber
Eighty years on, humanity has still not learnt the Holocaust lessons
January 27 is the International day for the commemoration memory of the victims of Holocaust. This year, Jan 27th marked the 80th anniversary of Auschwitz- Birkenau liberation, when the Polish, the Russian and the rest of Europe fought to liberate and released the remaining people destined for the gas chambers, held in various camps around Nazi controlled territories during World War II.
In Europe it was celebrated with pomp and peagantry, everyone involved happy that such hate and barbaric act that went on in Auschwitz will never repeat itself again. So the people thought and believed, but have we ever learnt any real lesson from hatred and discrimination? I do not think so.
Diversity In Nature Is Deliberate
I still find it difficult to see how humanity wants to represent itself in just one colour, when nature itself is arrayed in beauty of various colours.
All creation exist in various forms and colours. I was reading about butterflies and learnt that there are over 160,000 species of butterflies around the world, despite that they only live for about 14 days.
