‘Twitter Is A Disgusting Place,’ Gigi

Gigi Hadid deactivated her Twitter account, lambasting the Social Media

Gigi is sad for her many friends on Twitter, whom she has built up over a decade long.

I wrote last week about Amber Heard’s Twitter Account recorded as ‘THIS ACCOUNT DOES NOT EXIST.’ I mentioned that no one is certain why Amber’s account no longer exists on Twitter, although Amber and the new owner of Twitter, Elon Musk were once lovers, who have deep respect for each other.

Now, only recently, Gigi Hadid has also deactivated her account, the reason in her own words, ‘Twitter’s a cesspool of hate and bigotry’. I am surprised that Gigi found Twitter to be this. I believe Twitter is the most straightforward of Social Media, what I will call a more subtle among the lot.

She wrote on her Instagram account,

‘’For a long time, but especially with the new leadership, it’s (Twitter) becoming more and more of a cesspool of hate and bigotry, and it's not a place I want to be part of’

Gigi mentioned her regret to her fans whom she has connected on Twitter for a decade long but insisted Twitter is not a social platform that is good for anyone.
