Don’t hustle conquer health first

Modern era of choices and technology presents in front of us the problem of distractions and declining health. We find ourselves less and less physically active day by day.

Use technology itself to conquer the problems it creates inside of regular routine.

  1. Google Fit Set a daily goal of 1 hour of brisk walking and observe changes in few weeks.
  2. Lifesum Track your calorie input/output and get healthy reminders of drinking water and other useful suggestions. It integrates nicely with google fit as well.
  3. Use power of binaural beats. Alter your brain-waves and improve your concentration.
