India has traditionally been a financially conservative country. Apart from the select few business families, most of us have been taught to be careful with money from the moment we’re born. This is also because India being a developing country, the financial support in terms of social security is not as advanced as it is in developed countries. This is why a lot of people are encouraged to have stable jobs initially, it helps them build a solid financial foundation.

However, in the last few years, there has been a change in the scenario. Over the past decade, not only has the government encouraged more and more people to take up entrepreneurship, but more and more people have also started taking interest in it. The start-up culture has really taken up and today, a lot of people are moving towards entrepreneurship. While there are a lot of courses today that teach entrepreneurship, as a businessperson you will need to develop some skills that will help you pursue your business and sustain it in the long run. These are skills that you might now learn in universities but these are skills that will help you in life.

This means that you carry the responsibility of presenting your business idea and plan to all potential stakeholders. It is very important for you to be a good presenter so that you can captivate and attract more people to your business.
